1. How do I apply the Miracle Balm correctly?
Break the top surface with your index finger to warm the product. Once the formula softens, apply it to your cheeks, lips, or eyelids using your fingertips, a brush, or a sponge.
2. Is it normal for the texture to change?
Yes. Due to the plant oils and beeswax, you may notice a pearly texture, slight sweating in heat, or cracks in cold weather; these are normal and do not affect the quality.
3. What are the main benefits of using this balm?
This balm provides a radiant finish while enhancing skin hydration and elasticity for a natural, healthy appearance.
4. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Xelken offers FREE worldwide shipping on every order, complete with tracking. Orders are usually prepared and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery to the US and UK is 4 to 11 days, while other international locations may take a bit longer. If any package gets lost or damaged during transit, we will reship it at no extra charge. You can track your package anytime directly on our website.
